Customers who need a delivery note for "Zero", please contact our customer service. As some customers are purchasing on behalf of others and do not need a delivery note, to avoid unnecessary trouble, we generally default not to issue a delivery note.

1. Regarding orders: The different order quantity range prices displayed on the above page are the selling prices of our store. The suggested retail prices are only for reference by buyers. For large orders, please contact the online customer service for consultation and negotiation.

2. Regarding color difference: Due to the differences in shooting environment lighting and display devices, there will be slight color differences between the actual object and the picture. This falls under common sense and consensus in online shopping and should not be regarded as a reason for returns or exchanges due to quality issues.

3. Regarding packaging: Each product is packed in a transparent packaging bag, and some easily worn products will be added with non-woven bags. Then, according to the customer's order quantity, they will be packed into different types of woven bags or cartons for shipment. Customers who have special requirements for the form of shipping packaging are requested to contact the online customer service for communication.

4. Regarding logistics: Our store currently cooperates with ZTO Express and China Post Small Packet for express delivery. Orders will be screened by the system for Courier selection. If you have any special requirements, please contact the online customer service for consultation. For large orders, truck logistics can be used. The shipping fee for self-pickup at the freight station will be relatively low, and the self-pickup shipping fee can be paid on delivery. 5. Regarding customization: Our store supports sample customization, mainly using mainstream fabrics such as PU, canvas, nylon fabric, and Oxford fabric. The quotation cycle is generally 24 hours. For specific matters, you can contact the online customer service for negotiation.

6. Regarding invoices: The selling prices of all products in our store are tax-exclusive and no invoices are issued. For questions related to invoice issuance and tax points, please contact the online customer service for consultation.

7. Regarding distribution: If agents need to send image packages or short videos for distribution, they can contact the online customer service.

8. Warm reminder: After receiving the express package, please open and inspect the goods first before signing for it. If you have any issues, please contact our customer service for verification and handling first. After verification and negotiation are completed, you can apply for processing through the system.

9. Regarding videos: Almost every product has short videos, but there is a limit on the number of videos uploaded to the backend. Customers who want short videos can contact our customer service.
