Regarding after-sales service

      After receiving the goods, please open the box and inspect them immediately. Also, store the dried flowers in a well-ventilated and dry place. If they are piled up in the box for a long time without being opened for ventilation, they are prone to mold. If mold occurs due to personal storage reasons, no after-sales service will be provided. Therefore, if mold happens during transportation, please report the problem to us within 48 hours after the logistics signature. Failure to do so will be regarded as personal storage mold and no after-sales service will be offered. Dried flowers are products with relatively high transportation losses, resulting in significant round-trip losses. Unconditional returns require both parties to bear the round-trip shipping costs and losses. As they are dried flowers, there may be a drop during transportation, with a transportation loss of about 10% (excluding the loss from organizing the bouquet). If you are concerned about this, please be cautious when taking photos. Since they are natural plants, the natural damage will inevitably change the original smell of some flower materials. Regarding color difference

      Due to the shooting and display reasons, there is a certain color difference. The second reason for the relatively large color difference is that each production batch is different and the plants themselves have different color adsorption capabilities. Most of the colored dried flowers are dyed later. It is normal for color differences such as uneven dyeing due to seasonal changes or human factors to occur. The color of naturally grown products may also vary due to different growing environments.

Big and small issues

      Dried flowers are all processed from natural plants, growing on the ground and nourished by nature. Therefore, it is impossible to insist that their shapes and sizes be uniform, especially the issue of size. Because they are not machine-made, each flower is special and looks different.

Scope of use

      All the flower materials are inedible and not suitable for making flower tea. Due to different constitutions, a few flower materials, pollens and fragrances may cause allergic reactions. It is not recommended for pregnant women with allergies and other people to purchase and use them. All flower materials are for ornamental purposes only.

Maintenance Instructions

     The preservation of dried flowers can be divided into two situations: one is in a dry environment, and the other is in a humid environment. Dried flowers are prone to mold in a damp environment. Please keep them well-ventilated and dry when placing them. Therefore, when the outside humidity is high, they should be thoroughly dried and then put into a cardboard box or a room that does not come into contact with damp air. Once mold is found to have invaded, in mild cases, wipe it off with a cloth, then dry it with a hair dryer, and finally store it in a dry place, such as in an air-conditioned room. Wholesalers are not advised to stock up during the humid season. They should purchase small quantities frequently to reduce the loss caused by mold. Dried flowers in a dry environment become particularly brittle due to the complete loss of cloud and water. You can first spray some water on the flower stems (the flower heads of dried baby's breath can also be sprayed with water to prevent color fading). Wait until the flower heads feel soft when touched before taking care of them; otherwise, many will break, resulting in excessive loss. Remember, after spraying water, it needs to be ventilated and placed. Do not stack it up. If it is covered, it is easy to mold.
