【 Buyer's Notice

 1. Must-read for buyers: When signing for the goods, be sure to open the package and check it first. If you find any problems with the goods, refuse to accept them immediately and contact the consignor's phone number on the express delivery slip. If the local person signs for the goods on your behalf, it will be regarded as your own signature. After signing for the goods, it means you have no objection to the goods. Any returns or exchanges with quality problems will be fully borne by us, and the situation will be the responsibility of the customer.

2. Regarding shipping: Our store defaults to using YTO Express. If you have a specific logistics or Courier service, please leave us a message. For customers who need to send by express delivery, goods placed before 5 p.m. every day can be dispatched on the same day. For customers who need to send by logistics, goods placed before 6 p.m. every day can be dispatched on the same day.

3. Regarding color: If customers have color requirements before submitting the order, please leave a message in the bottom box (that is, the color of the product number noted in the buyer's message). Mixed shipping will be regarded as random shipment and is not within the scope of after-sales handling. 

4. Regarding the address: Please make sure to check whether the delivery address is your own before submitting. Once the goods are dispatched, it is very difficult to retrieve them. The damage to the goods caused by the logistics during transportation is quite serious. We will always take the delivery address after payment as the standard for shipment.

5. Regarding packaging: Since there are always some disharmonious factors when shipping goods, especially for products in blister packaging (such as shaking dolls, etc.), for customers with strict packaging requirements, it is recommended to purchase the goods in full cases. The products inside the original cartons are less likely to be damaged.

6. Regarding returns: Before deciding to return a product, the buyer must communicate and discuss with the seller the reasons for the return, the address, and the details of the shipping cost. If a product is returned without any discussion, it will not be signed for.
