• 3. Shipping Instructions

  For consignment and small packages, the principles of economy and speed are adhered to. We do not support designated Courier services unless you specify SF Express (with freight collect). Generally, for medium-sized parcels weighing 30-100KG, we will use "An Neng Logistics" or "Best Logistics" for free door-to-door delivery (no delivery beyond the designated area). For large packages of goods sent by dedicated freight lines, the speed is fast and the cost is low, but customers need to pick them up at the service points themselves.

• 4. Regarding after-sales service

  All of our store's products (non-OEM products) offer a 15-day no-reason return and exchange policy. For most of our products (non-seasonal products), we provide an extended 30-day no-reason return and exchange service. If the pattern is not selling well, you don't like it, or if you change business or are out of business, you can return the goods to us. As long as the product does not affect its secondary sale - it has not been washed or sowed, we promise a full refund of the original price. You only need to bear the shipping cost.
