2、About express delivery
Our store's default Courier services are YTO or Jiayunmei. Logistics services such as Deppon and Baiteng are all cooperative Courier services. If there is a more convenient Courier or logistics service available in the buyer's location and you want to change the logistics, please contact our customer service before placing an order.
3、Regarding rework
The products sent back for repair should be labeled with stickers indicating the reasons for the defects and confirmed to be our factory's products. As wholesale products cannot be controlled at 100%, individual defects will accumulate to a certain quantity and then be returned together for replacement and repair. The shipping fee is paid by the buyer first (which will be cheaper). When placing an order, the postage will be converted into the product. If no further purchase is needed, the postage will be refunded to the buyer by bank transfer. We do not accept any cash-on-delivery repair express items. You do not need to send them back just because there are individual problems. Such cases are not accepted at all. We hope you can understand that we are selling at a low profit margin but in large quantities. We do not need to waste money on postage.
4. Regarding customer service
If your inquiry is not replied to in a timely manner, it might be due to an excessive volume of inquiries at that time or a system failure. For urgent matters, please contact by phone. All store contact information is valid.
5、Regarding receiving items
- Before signing for the package, please open the express delivery or parcel to check if there is any damage, shortage or misalignment of the items. The risk of damage, shortage or incorrect items shall be borne by the seller (before the buyer signs for receipt). Delivery (after the buyer signs for receipt) shall be borne by the buyer, and the seller shall not be responsible for the above risks. If the buyer signs for the package first and then opens it for inspection, they should ask the Courier to supervise on the spot and open the package for inspection. If any inconsistency is found, contact the seller in a timely manner, add detailed information on the receipt and have the Courier sign for confirmation.
6、Regarding inventory
The inventory quantity displayed online is actually to indicate the factory's production capacity and supply demand. There is stock available, but as the factory serves a wide range of customers, there may sometimes be a situation where supply is insufficient. When placing an order, you can contact the seller first and confirm the delivery date.
7、Regarding the shipping time
All normal goods in the warehouse can be dispatched before 6 a.m. on the same day. Orders placed after 6 a.m. will be dispatched the next day. In case of insufficient quantity or products that need to be re-produced, the delivery time after communication with you shall prevail.
8、About shooting
All products are photographed in real life. Due to lighting issues, the color may not be 100% close to the actual product. Please be cautious if you have particularly high requirements for color. Or you can choose to take a sample first and then place an order.
