Installation Manual

Step 1: First, check if all the accessories are complete.

第二步：把iBC吨桶转接盖连接到iBC吨桶出水口螺纹（必须有白色橡胶垫片，防止漏水）；在3/4"外螺纹处缠绕8-12圈止水生料带；（如上图：8 和 10）

Step 3: Install the internal thread of the PE elbow onto the iBC 2x3/4 adapter cover. (As shown in the above picture: 2 and 8

Step 4: Place the fittings on the PE elbow one by one onto the PE pipe, insert the PE pipe into the PE elbow, then put the fittings into the PE elbow in sequence (as shown in the above picture: 2,3,4,5,6 and 7), and finally tighten the cap of the PE elbow. (As shown in the above picture: 6 and 2

Step 5: Install in the opposite direction as per Step 4.

Step 6: Install the faucet and wrap 8 to 12 turns of water-stop PTFE tape around the water inlet of the faucet (as shown in the above pictures: 1 and 10). Then install the faucet in the PE elbow pipe and tighten it to adjust the usage position (as shown in the above pictures: 1 and 2)

Step 7: Open the ball valve switch of the 1000-liter iBC ton drum to release water and then close the faucet switch. (Check for any water leakage or dripping

Note: If leakage is found at the connection points following the above operations; Please check the connection points to see if the accessory caps are tightened. If there is leakage at the threaded parts, wrap more water-stop PTFE tape and then install it according to the above steps.
