1. Bulk purchasing: Our factory can select other styles of shower heads according to customer requirements. It is best for customers to have pictures of the shower heads they like for our reference.

2. Bulk purchasing: Our factory can offer marking services. That is, customers can choose their own trademarks, and we will arrange for marking at the positions they prefer.

3. Bulk purchasing: Customers can choose the color box packaging they like. Customers need to provide the design drawings of the color boxes.

Ordering Notes: If you encounter any parameters (shape, size, purpose, material, color, weight, etc.) that we do not specify in the product description or that you cannot clearly understand from the product pictures when ordering, please contact us before placing your order. Only after receiving a clear response should you proceed with your purchase. Our factory offers OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and public packaging for both domestic and foreign trade.

◆ Payment Method: The seller advocates online banking transfer or bank remittance, or Alipay transaction. For bulk purchase or customization, a 30% deposit can be paid first. After the goods are inspected and qualified, the remaining balance should be paid before shipment. Both mixed bulk and small-amount purchases will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

◆ Regarding freight charges: The freight charges are borne by the buyer. Large items are transported by logistics. The freight charges are generally collected on delivery. The specific charges are collected by the logistics company per item (by volume or weight). If you have specified a shipping logistics company, you can communicate with the customer service in advance. For a small number of samples, we will send them by express delivery. Our company defaults to Yunda Express. If you need an urgent item, please contact our customer service for SF Express.

◆ Regarding receipt: Please check the items in time after they are dispatched. If you do not receive the pick-up notice within ten days, please inform the seller in time so that we can assist in checking the whereabouts of the goods. When the goods arrive at the logistics station in the customer's city for pick-up, the buyer is requested to check that the packaging of the goods is intact before signing for it. If there is any damage, please do not sign for it and contact us in a timely manner.

◆ Freight description: Bathroom products are large items. Generally, express delivery companies do not accept them and the cost is very high. Therefore, we all use logistics companies with good service attitude and more favorable prices for transportation. The freight charges vary depending on the volume, weight and region of the goods. The freight is borne by the purchaser, and we do not charge the customer for the freight. The freight is payable on delivery and should be paid after signing for the goods. The logistics company does not deliver goods to your door. You need to pick them up yourself. If the purchaser requires door-to-door delivery service, you can negotiate with the logistics staff (additional charges apply). When purchasing goods, purchasers should first confirm which logistics company is closer to their delivery address. They can specify the logistics company to facilitate the pick-up of goods.

◆ Instructions for Receiving Goods: When the goods arrive at the terminal station, the logistics staff will call to notify the consignee to collect the goods at the designated location. When receiving the goods, it is necessary to inspect the goods in front of the delivery person, whether the accessories are complete and whether the goods are in good condition, and then sign. If you find any damage to the goods, please refuse to accept them and contact us promptly. We will handle it for you and take full responsibility. However, if you sign for the goods without inspection and find any damage later, the buyer will be held responsible and we will not take any responsibility. (If the customer signs for the goods and finds any damage, the freight company will not compensate.) Therefore, when receiving the goods, buyers must be cautious and carefully check that the goods are in good condition before signing.

◆ Transportation time: The delivery time may vary depending on the buyer's location, transportation requirements and the logistics company. We do not make a commitment on the transportation time. In case of festivals, rain, snow, fog and other conditions, the logistics transportation may be delayed. The delivery time is beyond our control. Please understand.
